Burrito Brothers — Restaurant in La Habra

First timer, went during lunch. Place was pretty full, but placed my order anyway, hoping for a seat to open. Order took a little bit to prepare, picked out a place to sit, then was called up for what I wanted in the burrito. "Um, check the prep sheet?".

During this time, some jackbutt decided to swipe my seat, even though my drink, napkins, and utensils were in plain view in front of a bench seat. Picked up my order when called, made a complaint about my seat being swiped to get a "sorry, but there's seating outside". If I wanted to sit outside, I would have set everything outside. Turns out the outside seating is on the other side of the building. IN THE SUN. And it doesn't belong to them but the other two places on that side of the building.

To top everything off, my food was cold. That's right, cold. After being placed in an oven to melt the cheese on top. Cold. Ate it anyway, since they were too busy to deal with a complaint.

Went to do a pick up for Uber and I know the food was sitting in the back on a trade and I was not greeted I was just standing there waiting for acknowledgement they were preparing food for current orders. I was there with my bags and it was obvious I was in the pickup side; finally had to make a gesture to get my attention, and the person picked up her hand indicating she would be with me in a minute. So to expedite ubereats customer they should be a person to take care of ubereats or other food delivery service so I could get the food quicker to the customer. All other pickups I have done they see me come in with my bags and if knowledge me can I see I am from Uber and quickly grab the bags and headed to me because I said they're busy or not. For food delivery to be successful for the consumer, all restaurants should have a process that quickly get the food out to the customer with...

Delicious, but so far not consistent. I have ordered twice now from here for delivery. The first time I was BLOWN AWAY. I ordered the Surf My Turf Burrito, and it was delicious. Tender steak, perfectly cooked shrimp, great ratio for all the ingredients inside, and a cold mandarin Jarritos on the side. I loved it so much I ordered again just a few days after (today) and the burrito arrived significantly smaller than last time, waaaaay more beans and rice and very little shrimp and steak compared to last time, a bit more on the dry/overcooked side, and the wrong flavor Jarritos soda was sent. Honestly, that first order and burrito was just so mind blowingly delicious I’m going to order one more time and give this place a final shot. If it turns out great, then I’ll consider this last time a fluke and keep telling people about how great this place is....
