Summerfield Tea Bar — Restaurant in La Habra

I usually enjoy coming here to study and chill, they have great drinks and a great environment. However, this one particular night it was not good. They had live music and it was VERY difficult to concentrate on my studies. My noise cancellation headphones still didn't block out all the noise. Later into the night, two individuals began smoking cigarettes right outside the side door WITH IT OPEN. The store began filling with an awful smoke smell and I had to stick two boba balls in my nostrils to block the smell. When I tried my drink, it tasted like someone sprinkled Himalayan pink salt onto the boba, because that thing had more sodium than a Wingstop boneless meal deal. Came by to visit this new tear bar after eating next door & it was really nice inside! They have a digital display of their menu which was very helpful. The interior is super spacious & beautiful set up with cute hanging light lanterns! The red drink is the Rainbow Tea (10/10) & the blended drink is the Carafree (7/10)

So I came when it was slow and I understand if no ones there the lack of attentiveness that can happen however the customer service was beyond low. No one greets, I asked for substitutes and no one was willing to offer any accommodation or recommendations, people saw me I said excuse me couple times and the worker washing dishes had to come while everyone else kept talking and ignoring me. I’m assuming they expected me to use the kiosk up front but I had questions. Horrible customer service you’re better off coming when it’s busy so you get the attention...
