Very clean, friendly, and pleasant store. I love shopping at Thrift Korral. They usually have some store discount that applies to everyone which I appreciate. The inventory changes at a decent speed...not a lot of stale inventory sitting around. My one complaint would be that a few specific items are priced higher than retail because someone is determining the value based on asking prices (not sold prices) on ebay. There are a few things in the store that I would love to buy if they were 1/3 the price they are asking, but I cannot afford. I guess I could just go to ebay to purchase them cheaper. It kind of defeats the point of a thrift store to exploit the value of certain things based on inflated asking prices. Otherwise, it's a great shop. Read moreUnfortunately, I cannot ever recommend a person associate or do business with this store. The employees or volunteers were sitting up front speaking openly racist things about Hispanic people. The manager became aware that the racist worker had been overheard and upset a customer (not myself), and instead of reprimanding her or removing her, asked her to speak more quietly or in a different area. Three separate shoppers walked out after overhearing the things she was saying, which I cannot repeat, they were so vile. I put up with the poor service and inconsistent pricing for the sake of the presumable charity behind it, but I can no longer assume the money I spend there is being used for good. Please remember you do not have an eBay audience, you were selling to your local community to raise money for hospice. Lower your prices, and your sales will increase dramatically. Your inventory is static because your prices are so outrageous! I honestly don’t know why I keep coming back. I think I’m always hopeful that you’ll become more reasonable...
