Came in to do I-9 Processing employment and fingerprinting. I had to come back to bring a 2nd form of identification. The lady who worked there said that my name would be in the system all day for my appointment and that I could come back anytime as long as it's before closing. I came back only to find that she gave me the WRONG information and that my name was indeed NOT in the system the entire day. Now my employment is delayed as today was the deadline to complete these tasks. I could've rescheduled for another time today elsewhere had she not given me the wrong info! I have had my business mailbox with these fine folks for over 10 years now. I stop by at least twice a week to check my mail, make copies and generally use this as my office-away-from-the-office, so to speak. Everyone who works here is very friendly and I enjoy chatting with them when i have a spare moment. Otherwise, they have made it very easy to pop in, grab my mail, and hurry off to my next appointment. They also offer Notary, Box Packing and Package Shipping services. I stopped into this shop to buy 12 postage stamps to mail my Christmas cards. I came with cash since I didn’t want this little place to be charged a CC fee for such a small transaction. She gave me a total of $10.80 not thinking anything of it, I gave her the cash, she gave me my change and she counted out the stamps and I went on my way. Once I got home I realized I was overcharged for the 12 stamps that she literally counted out. Stamps are .73 and are not subject to tax. Next time I will use the post office.
