Big 5 Sporting Goods — Attraction in La Mirada

One of the worst Big 5 sporting goods I've been. Walk in and cashier is on her phone and giving me attitude when I walk in, tells other hello but not to me. Her and another worker are talking and laughing at customers. I go to pay and they're still talking. I wait to pay and she finally asked if I'm ready to pay. I pay for my products and give her cash and when handing it to her she takes her hand away and the money drops on the counter. Very rude and worst...

They are great at customer service. They are knowledgeable, and helpful. I haven't been to Big 5 many times, however each time i was looking for something specific. The last time i was looking for a sleeve in the medical injury section. I was lucky enough to find the last one. The cashier was kind enough to offer looking in the back for a different color. I hadn't even asked. I did buy a black one instead of the bright orange one...

I went to the one in Fullerton on Orangethrope. I didn't find what I wanted but the saleman went out of his way before I left the store to make sure what store had it. Loved his customer service. So went to LA Mirada store and this store was friendly as well. Got my item and was very happy. I love going to Big 5. Alway find things I want and thing I don't need but...
