Chop'd Fresh — Attraction in La Mirada

I would have posted a 1 star but the smoothie I ordered was actually tasty even though it wasn't thoroughly blended. The staff was extremely unorganized and not the most professional. I had placed a to go order and they said 30-40min wait. For a salad?? Then when I got there and let them know my to go order name they started my order while I was there and then mid order they started taking other people who walked in and serving them. At least 3 people got their food before mine (when I had ordered before) and I sat there while my food was just there waiting for me. Not only that but they couldn't get my order right and I had to remind them multiple times what my order contained. Then when I finally sat down at home to enjoy my salad there was too much dressing and you could tell either that they didn't wash the greens thoroughly or used spoiled greens. I gave 5 stars because I just went in today for lunch and ordered the pesto wrap without chicken and cheese. The girl who helped me was in tune and intelligent enough to ask if I was vegan. I didn't have to tell her!

She let me know that their pesto has dairy in it and suggested hummus. I can't tell you how much I appreciated that. The veggies in my wrap were fresh and the hummus was delicious.

My granddaughter got the peanut butter acai bowl with her choice of toppings. She gave it a thumbs up. I like that there are options for vegans here. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. I will be back here for sure since I always lament how La Mirada is lacking in...

I was looking for something healthy and delicious, this spot got it done! Solid selection, large portions and made right in front of you.

I had their Cobb salad with ranch and chicken along with their breakfast wrap. The ingredients were fresh, the meats were great and overall the salad was a filling lunch item. The breakfast wrap was excellent and my favorite of the bunch. Nice and kind customer service to top it all off.
