Everytime I go to Biele, I leave there extremely frustrated and dissatisfied. Jerry, the old bitter woman who works there is one of the most disrespectful, disgraceful people I have ever met and should not work in customer service. She is always extremely rude every time I have to come here. My husband purchased my engagement ring and wedding band here and two times since October, a diamond has popped out of my wedding band. Both times I had to go, Jerry was nasty and unprofessional. She told me that since I have a desk job, it is my fault the diamond popped out the first time. She said "I probably fumble around filing cabinets all day and having a desk job is the worst job to have". I had to go back today to have the ring fixed and she told me she didn't know how the diamond popped out. I politely made sure I would not be charged and she nastily replied "I WROTE IT RIGHT THERE" and swatted at the receipt she wrote on. I asked her where she wrote it and again, she swatted at the receipt and pointed to the bottom corner where she wrote N\C. As if I am supposed to know that means no charge? This woman is absolutely vile and I don't recommend giving Biele any business. Obviously if diamonds continuously pop out of their jewelry, something isn't right. After having an unexpected issue with my wedding band we had purchased elsewhere, we decided to go back to Biele and see what options they had for myself. The woman who āhelpedā us was so unbelievably unwelcoming and rude. She didnāt say a word to either my fiancĆ© nor myself when we walked in, Just stood there waiting for us to initiate conversation. I told her what I was looking for and a price range weād like to stay around (which wasnāt a low ball range) and her response was āI have nothing for that priceā, although I could see tags on the rings in our range. She then proceeded to show me a few things in the most inconvenienced way possible. You are in a customer service business assisting people on purchases being made for one of the biggest days of their lives. If you donāt like your job, find another one. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had my engagement ring resized here. I chose the new size myself after using the finger measuring tools they supplied and was able to pick up my finished ring just three hours later. I must have been swollen when I dropped it off because upon return, the ring was too big! We tried the measuring tool again, and sure enough my finger was a half size smaller than when I dropped it off. This was no fault of their own and they immediately took my ring back to make it the appropriate size at no added cost to me. When I got it back it was beautiful and fit perfectly. It means a lot to have people go the extra mile to take care of their customers, especially when trusting them with my most precious possession. They donāt send their rings out to be resized like chain jewelry stores, they do it in house and work quickly and meticulously.
