Audio Video Innovators — Attraction in Lafayette

Very helpful staff but way too expensive for me. I stopped here after searching amazon and visiting best buy in lafayette to try and see what options are avaliable in the home theater market. I had hoped to find something in between a sound bar with subwoofer and high-end home theater.

I was treated to a 30 minute long experience with a large television and amazing sound by a very knowledgeable and helpful salesman. However, this store is for high end customers only. I was hoping to find a larger selection of equipment but I would have to spend a minimum of $1,500- $2,000 to build a system here. On top of that I would have to build a system piece by piece. I think they should build packages here based on the 'good, better, best' model.

Great for high-end customers but not for middle of the road or...

Brought my vehicle to be tuned. Was very poorly done. Was charged $160 when from the start was told $50-75. But supposedly took longer because he connected a couple wires. Further investigation he installed another Remote wire was added without my knowledge "T" tapped into the hardwired kit i installed for my dash cam. When i called back to see if they could see what was going on he then says "Well i would have to charge a diagnostics fee" Literally an hour after i picked up the vehicle. Very disappointed in a place that has over 25+ years in home and car audio.. Would not issue a refund because it took they guy 2 hours to "tune" and add a wire that i did...

We were in Lafayette from lake Charles and decided to drop by a few car audio places… 1st stop big chain but installer was out sick but we could go to Shreveport for free install , just had similar incident in lake Charles , where they don’t do installations anymore but I could drive to Beaumont, Tx for free installl… not interested… 2nd shop in Lafayette, local shop with limited selection , could install today , if I wanted to part with $1100 , not interested… 3rd stop … met Ken , great decision , excellent service , fair price . I’m extremely satisfied and will definitely be back with my wife’s...
