Rocket 87 — Restaurant in Lafayette

Pretty pleasant experience up till the point where it was my turn to receive my food from the drive-thru.

I'm not sure if my measly 8% tip warrant the experience I received afterwards. Although, I was assured that they're working on it and did get an apology twice for the delay. While waiting on my food, some random person walked up to back my car then walked away. I don't know what that was about. Eventually I did receive my order. I was about to double check my order, but I read the ticket on the bag and didn't bother to check the containers.

Arrived home with food. I ordered F1 with Fried Rice and 10 wings(Buffalo / Lemon Pepper) with waffle fries. F1 with Fried rice, correct. My wing order incorrect. I was provided 10 wings(Buffalo / Garlic Parmesan) with Fried Rice.

The F1 order consists of 6 shrimps and a fish fillet with fried rice. The fried rice was great. The seafood on the other hand wasn't so pleasant. Probably could have been fried a little bit longer. We didn't appreciate the consistency of the meat.

Again, the wing order was incorrect. I got rice when I asked for waffle fries. Received Garlic parmasen when I asked for Lemon Pepper. No separation between the wings and rice. Pretty sure the Buffalo hot wasn't cooked all the way. I couldn't tell with the garlic Parmesan. Also, the Buffalo was resting on top of the rice. That combination doesn't go together. I didn't bother the house sauce because my girlfriend's face said a lot when she tried it.

Probably not going to visit for awhile. Hope they work they're bugs out. They should add a naked...

“NO REFUNDS FOR DEBIT OR CREDIT PURCHASES”

None of the food look like photos or was as the description said it would be.

The chicken wings in particular were not cleaned properly. They still had feathers on them when they were fried I almost thought that it was hair in my food because it was all over my chicken wings feathers on all of them. 1/10

I was disgusted and requested a refund for the wings only my family’s food was fine and they continued to eat.

I was told that I could not receive a refund for my wings because we paid with a debit card and that they can only replace it with an item of equal or lesser value or they can remake the wings.

I told them that I really would just like my money back as I had lost my appetite at that point and they refused, so I was forced to get something else or lose my money.

The wait staff, although pleasant, was unhelpful in resolving my issues because of management “policies” which are unreasonable in my opinion 5/10.

The restrooms did not have “real paper towels” only beverage napkins in the dispenser to dry your hands with so all of the paper towels that you used to dry your hands got stuck all over your hands. Other than that the restaurant’s cleanliness in the dining room was 7/10.

I will NOT be returning but I wish them the best and hope that they can lean to better accommodate their guest...

I came here for my birthday with my family. We immediately walked in to sticky floors, really hot air, as well none of the tables were cleaned.

There were a group of 10 unsupervised children under 6 years old causing havoc. Some even came up to our table pretending like they were going to shoot us and was cursing up a storm. Their parents were at a table across the restaurant not supervising their children or caring about how bothersome they were being and how loud and just disrespectful.

This ruined the environment and just my mood. I wanted to spend time with family not being annoyed by my surroundings.

The food came in, I had the 10 piece shrimp with 2 piece fish, seasoned fries, and an order of dumplings. The fish tasted super off, and the fries were not fresh. Other than that the shrimp and the dumplings were decent. I tried my brother’s beef lomein. It tasted like nothing but grease. The chicken wrap as well that he had was absolutely disgusting.

I really really really wanted to show my support for this business but it just truly was the worse experience I ever had food wise and...
