I started going to this location this year and let me tell you it has been a terrible experience. I order the same thing, every time I go there. I can tasted when my drink is made correctly and when it’s not. I called one day and spoke with Casey the manager. He wasn’t helpful, because my drink is being made wrong til this day. When you ask the staff to remake it, they’re giggling and laughing. I was Trying to establish what was funny. On October 23, 2024 at 6:50am, a black female was making the drinks. She has a very bad attitude, when I stated the ingredients weren’t in my drink. She wanted to go round and round until her co worker stated the ingredient was on the order. She got the order wrong and did not charge the correct amount. I had to pay a second time because she didn’t charge enough. Read moreThis store used to be great. Drinks are fine but it's not a good Starbucks experience. This was my second visit this week (in town visiting my mother-in-law). No greeting when I got to the register. Person just tied up the large garbage bag in their hand, slung it over their shoulder and asked what i wanted. The three drinks i ordered came quickly and were correct. But this is a very self service location. I know not to ask for a carrier as those are located near the door. So i have to juggle the drinks to the door, put on sleeves, and seat the cups in a carrier. No "Thank You." No "hope to see you again soon." I'm just a transaction. That's not how it used to be.
