Not helpful and the two employees working could care less. I preordered a game my kids have been asking for and this store had issues with their delivery and didnt receive their stock on Friday. I was told to check back Monday so I did and was told it was in transit. I asked if they would call when it was in and the guy said they were so busy they forget to call people so just try back later. I called two days later and was told the same thing. I called the following Friday and was told my preorder was in. I asked if they had an extra copy to purchase and the guy said he had one extra and would hold it for me. I told him I would be there in 5min. I arrived and there were two guys at the counter. I asked to pickup my preorder and one of them couldnt find my order and stated they did not receive my preorder yet (already a week late at this point). I asked about the extra copy I was told they were holding for me and the same guy stated they had no extra copies. I said I just called the store and was told everything was ready and he acted like he had no clue and the other guy next to him was completely silent. They were the only ones working at the store and pretended as though the conversation never happen even after showing them my cell phone call log from 5min earlier. I ended up canceling my order and going to another gamestop. This was on 9-16-22 at 4:30pm. I mean c'mon, I understand making profit is what you're in business for, but it's just downright rude the prices GameStop offers for used games. I'd have no problem with it if they were then turning around and selling those games they bought for $1.50 for $7 or something like that...but ripoff the guy who's trading in AND ripoff the customer who's coming in to buy? What a scam.

Idk the guy’s name, but he clearly couldn’t care less, it seemed like we were burdening him, and he was extremely inefficient. I had to tell him ‘No’ to the same product 7 times…. We looked online before leaving the house and knew exactly what we wanted. IMO, what should’ve been a maximum 15-20 minute stop turned into 45+ minutes.
