This park is a wonderful part of preserved nature while maintaining its place in a small city. Customer service support is top quality, cleanness of office buildings, bathrooms, and park grounds were up to par. The only two (2) negative feedback comments I can offer are: "The park maintenance fails to offer the general public adequate drinking water outlets. This is beyond beautiful, I would highly recommend to take your family and your pets there. The atmosphere is beyond calm, isn’t crowded, there are ducks around, I would suggest to read a book there. If you’re feeling to overwhelmed, this is the place where you can feel better and clear your mind. Stopped here to have lunch with my husband and 3 boys. We sat under a gazebo and enjoyed the scenery. As we walked to the tables I noticed there are shells in the gravel. I was curious to know how those got there. We are from Texas but the area seemed nice. We were just passing through Lafayette and googled closest park.
