I rate Malibu Jack’s 2 stars. It is a very nice place and very clean. However, I chose to have my 4 year old daughter’s birthday party here today and the host was absolutely horrible. I paid practically $500 for this party for 3 TABLES. The host did not help me not one bit and the party schedule was wack. Come to the party, eat, open presents THEN go play?! The host did not serve the pizza, she did not pick up trash off the table when transitioning from eating and singing happy birthday. It was literally all a mess and as a parent I should not have been as stressed and overwhelmed as I was. After eating pizza, it’s trash all over the table, a spilled drink on the floor, and no trash can in site. We literally had to ask for a trash can but it took a while due to the host not even being present. Next we started preparing to sing happy birthday and the lady did not HELP AT and was no where to be found besides when I asked for a knife for the cake. I also called before hand to ask how many tables I’ll have in my birthday space so I can make sure I have enough space for everyone and so I could buy table clothes to match her theme. Matt said I will have 6 rectangle tables and when I came there were literally 3 so I spent my money on 6 clothes for absolutely no reason, SMH. I PAID $500 FOR 3 TABLES AND TO BE STRESSED OUT THE WHOLE PARTY. We had to move everything to a booth after 1.5 hour and I COULDNT WAIT, literally started moving our stuff even before the party ended because I was so disappointed in the lack of support. I had to pay first before everyone could get their game cards and they are literally asking for a tip. First of all, why would I tip you all before the party even starts for doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I’m not tipping anybody ANYTHING. Yall didn’t deserve any of my money. ONE MORE THING. I booked this party MONTHS ago and Matt literally told us we would have ACCESS TO EVERYTHING in the building during our party. Once we got there today, I asked about bowling and the girl literally said bowling wasn’t included. I JUST PAID $500 for 12 kids at the party just for you all to lie and be unorganized?! What’s EVERYTHING to you all because when I hear we will have access to everything, that means everything in the building. For go karts, my daughter couldn’t even ride because they said her hair is the only thing touching the line so she’s not big enough. Months ago Matt literally told me that my daughter will be able to ride the go karts as long as a parent is with her. turns out EVERY SINGLE CHILD EVEN IF THEY WERE 13+ could not ride a go kart alone. They had to be 18+. SO WHY TELL ME THEY WILL BE ABLE TO RIDE?! The service was completely TRASH and I deserve at least half of my money back. I will never recommend to have a birthday party here. LACK OF COMMUNICATION, LACK OF SUPPORT. Never again. I WOULDVE BEEN BETTER OFF HOSTING MY OWN PARTY AT THE BOOTH THAT WE HAD TO MOVE TO AFTER 1.5 hours. WHY did I pay for a 2 hour party but can only stay at the table for 1.5 hours LIKE WHAT? Only good thing was spending time with family even though a lot were disappointed and their kiddie area but we attempted to make the best of it. The kiddie area, I rate a 10/10. I rate Malibu Jacks activities a 6/10, and the BIRTHDAY PARTIES, I RATE 0/0 ! Would surely appreciate if I can get half of my...
Read moreBe cautious when signing up for any membership from Malibu jacks. I signed up for 1 month for my 3 kids for a special membership to the bounce beach (playground area) that was for 40$. 2 kids was 30$ and additional kids was add 10$. Price is right since it cost 10$ a kid per day. The associate helping me with that was not familiar with running a new membership, ok we will struggle through this transaction together girl. First time I bring the kids to get their wiggles out before walking the mall, I run into issues with having the membership card work at the bounce beach attraction. They don’t want to look at the receipt I kept to show the membership signup. Tell me to walk up to the front for assistance. I do that and work out the issue and now the card works when I get back to the bounce beach. Great the kids have a great time, lots of fun. We were playing for an hour. Few days later we go back, same issue with the membership card. We walk to the front, then to the back, we are all good. We have a great time. We went about 10 times during that month, and had to walk back and forth from the back to the front desk every time.. No one was able to figure out the issue with the card, but would rather it as a day pass so they never fixed that issue.the last day we visit we were there for about 10 mins and asked to leave the place area because a child got sick that’s fine I understand. There was only one toddler there and my 3 kids there so it was that one kid that was sick, ok understood. Then as we were getting shoes on and ready to leave the lady who is supposed to be watching the gate/scanning people in has to accuse my youngest of being the one who vomited in the baby area. I would not be writing this review if that did not happen. I was watching my youngest very closely the entire 15 mins we were there and she didn’t get sick. I was upset obviously cause the kids didn’t want to leave, but this was just a bit much when the mother of that 1 other child told her that there was a mess.. anyway, then I was looking at my email about when the month membership is over and I see a email from Malibujacks with a charge for 32.09 and no heads up or anything. I try to email them, call them and can’t get through to someone to help me. I had to go in and speak to Lisa the operation manager. Very nice lady. She tells me to just email reply and explain what happened. I don’t see or hear from anyone for a week. I have to go in again. Lisa offers a free membership to the bounce beach and wants to make it right. I just want my 32.09 back and take my credit card info off the system. 9 days later I go in after work and got my...
Read moreBeen here once before it was great came today and from the bat NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE. The advertising made it seem like everything is 50% which isn’t true unless you’re paying for a single ride. (According to employees) All day passes are same price. We were charged a $50 “early bird price” even though we ASKED SEVERAL TIMES about pricing and if we need to wait until noon because we came in at 11. The girls up front didn’t have any answers for anything we asked and walked away when we’re trying to figure out why is was $50 more then the regular price. There’s buckets SEVERAL places filled with water pictured below with what I’m going to assume is leaks from the roof. The employee pictured here told my son “you better hurry” to buckle up on the TSUNAMI ride which they said “only 3 headsets worked” then it come my kids turn and Ope NONE WORK. we here here for 4 hours and half the time bumper cars wasn’t attended. The employees have attitudes when the rides don’t work. The TSUNANI ride seats 12 and NOT A SINGLE HEADSET WORKS!?! Wild. My family drove about an hour to get here to have my kids mistreated by staff who are mostly teenagers with attitudes and no answers for anything. The staff pictured is who told my son “you better hurry” to get buckled on the TSUNAMI and already had the stairs pulled away before he was even secured in his seat. She also snagged the headset out of my kids hand. She’s lucky the ride wouldn’t work and he eventually got himself buckled cause would have been a lawsuit if he wasn’t and had gotten hurt. I don’t think I’ll ever come back just stick to Three Two Fun in Noblesville!!!
Edit Before we left I spoke with the supervisor who called the manager she (manager) took my concerns very seriously and emphasized safety is their #1 concern forwarded the complaint to the GM and had me fill out a form so I did remove the staffs photo from this review. She also gave me a $25...
