PEOPLE HAVE A HARD TIME THROWING AWAY THEIR TRASH!!! A lot of people come here and leave trash. I found an ADULT DIAPER in the ocean!!! Extremely over crowded in the summer time. Parking is expensive and ridiculous. Locals have horrible “I’m to good to acknowledge you” attitudes. Lots of seaweed on sand making it smelly. Surfers and wakeboarders take up a lot of space. Lifeguards are a complete joke and have their heads up you know what . Should definitely retrain them and also show them basic manners and respect. Best to move along to Newport or...

My favorite beach in Laguna Beach. Great place for snorkeling, but also for just swimming around in a somewhat protected cove. Waves are pretty much shore break, so don't expect to do much boogie boarding. During the summer, there is a lifeguard present right there on the small beach. Access to the beach is via a relatively long stairs. There are no bathrooms on the beach itself, so you do have to climb back up the stairs and walk over to the restrooms at...

2nd beach on my PCH Road trip. First beach with only metered parking. Luckily I arrived at 9 am on a Tuesday and there was residential area parking. If parking in between some streets there is street sweeping between 9am to 12 pm on Tuesdays.

Another DOG FRIENDLY beach. Keep on leash at all times. They do ticket any that aren't. I saw a couple people get ticketed. Check online for summer months days were they aren't allowed on the beach...
