November 2022, my laptop would not startup; only black screen with Dell logo.. Spoke to Gade on the phone and he answered all of my questions. He gained my confidence, so i took my laptop to YCS on a Friday afternoon. Gade looked at it and said if i give them the go ahead to repair it may be ready by next mid-week. Called them late Saturday afternoon for them to proceed with repairs (parts stores closed). However, he and Jorge may have looked at it on Saturday, ordered the necessary replacement part, anticipating I'd give the go ahead. Monday early afternoon got a call from YCS - my computer is fixed , working, all files and apps were saved, ready for pickup. For more than 20 years, my husband and I have been using Your Computer Store for all our computer needs. I recently upgraded my wife’s and mine PC but, with moving I didn’t have time to deal with some of the cable management and other software issue With the pc. It’s on the higher end, about $4-5k I took it in and they priced me very reasonable prices but after 2 hours of work they priced me the max amount of money for not fixing any software issues and the laziest cable management I’ve seen. I was gonna give them an additional $100 to help with the slow business but Man they took advantage! If you have high end stuff these guys seem unable to handle it. If you have a granny computer bring it to these guys. Shame smh. Two visits and both were over priced and sloppy unfinished...
