Disney Bus Transportation — Attraction in Lake Buena Vista

Many of the bus drivers are very nice and helpful.

The biggest issue is the vacationers who ride the bus. Many refuse to follow the instructions of moving to the back, will not make room for others, or will let their preteen/teens sit and take up space when their are little kids, elderly, pregnant, or handicapped people that need the seats.

There were a couple of rude drivers, which is why I gave a 3. While most were great, we did have one slam the door in our face, even though they saw us running and they only had 3 other passengers on the bus. The driver waited til my husband reached the bus, we were only a few feet behind, when he shut the door and waved us off. It seemed purposeful. I could understand if we had been nowhere close, but my husband was about 2 steps when the door was...

I’ve never had a bad experience here ever. But honestly mosen who was working on 4/19 did something that was not right. As we were approaching the bus he closed the doors on us and drove away. That was not cool. I’ve always seen bus drivers open the door for people if they are approaching. But we saw him park and didn’t even stop for 5 minutes before he pulled away....

Picked my luggage up from the hotel and got it loaded on the ship to my room. Taken right to the dock and loaded on the ship, no hassle security check. Going back to the airport from the ship was just as good. Highly recommend...
