I went to Office Depot on Ryan St. in Lake Charles to look for an office chair. I could not have gotten better service. After I found just the right chair salesman, Doug, went out of his way to see how I could get the chair as the store did not have it in stock nor was it available in the warehouse. BUT thankfully, I had my laptop with the program on it when I went to pick up, and the person on duty reprinted them for me. I feel the store should've contacted me about the poor quality in the first place instead of printing 125 bad programs and gave me the option to resubmit. It all worked out in the end, which is why I...
