Dollar Tree — Attraction in Lake City

I'm writing about my experience today at Dollar tree with Miss Victoria Lovit first of all they had a make shift closed box sitting on the register she told the next two people in front of me to come to the register and I followed behind them and move the closed box so that I can put my stuff up she told me to put it back I ask why if she was accepting customers she told me that she was still closed and I could go over to another register even though Miss Sheryl was still ringing people up at that register she went back and forth arguing with me about the situation while Miss Sheryl steadily rong people up without a problem while miss Victoria lovitt told me she could kick me out the store but Miss Sheryl kept ringing me up and I paid for my stuff and left the store I think that people need to take the customer service part of their job a little bit more serious, get better training or...

The store manager VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Her register was a little slow so we all was in a long line with another lady that worked there well the store manager got upset when the guy asked could she open another register and she talked about how they cutting their hours and that the other registers didn’t work so then she stated if we didn’t like it he can leave and go to wal mart ! This lady was very rude and unprofessional and could care less about the things she said today and told us we could call corporate and she would give them the time and date of this incident and called us hypocrites . I just realized that I did a review sometime back and didn't post it. At that time the store was a wreck. This experience was very pleasant. It's amazing the amount of things that you can get for just a dollar and a quarter. Really nice fall decorations and Christmas decorations. The non refrigerated items in the store was extremely well stocked. Unfortunately, the refrigerated and freezer items were not as well stocked. As we all know, that's no different than any other supermarket. You can't fault them for that. It was so much fun to walk through it, looking at so many different things.
