Five Below — Attraction in Lake City

I have shop in the store for several years and always had a very good experience . With exception of today! The manager propped the broom up on the side of the aisle where we were approaching right in front of us almost hitting my son in the face and getting caught in my shopping cart. The manager saw it and continued to walk and turn his back so I had to push it into the isle so I could walk around the cart to dislodge it. My husband asked if I saw the broom and I said yes he should have picked it up that wasn't right. The manager came back and said well you shouldn't have knocked it over. My husband said "she didn't knock it over it fell." The manager said "I wasn't taking to you." My husband said well you shouldn't have said that." The manager replied." I can say whatever I want to say." We turned to leave and on the way out I asked the young lady behind to register for his name and she said "who the manager?" And proceeded to laugh and roll...

Pretty dope store, went there once and loved it, now I sometimes go there every few weeks to just buy stuff of my interests and they have it plus some decent quality products (though some can be left to be desired due to quality). They have merch for pretty much anything (mostly mainstream/popular stuff so if you're more into obscure stuff like I am, you'd probably won't find anything). I really like the foreign stuff they sell like food and drinks from other countries (boba tea from taiwan and ramune from japan, etc). It's a pretty decent store yet doesn't sell much of anything outside of the usual mainstream stuff (a few drawbacks for me) plus earlier in the year or around 2023, it was quite messy as it was filled with boxes and there wasn't that many employees because there was one person working at the cashier. Update I had to lower my star review for it because of the fact that I've been calling the same number for the past 25 minutes. Nobody is answering. And it is due to the fact that I still have not received my money for a refund.. but the receipt does not even say that I would be getting one it just says that they're taking out a penny for a transaction of a return.. so they're not refunding me my money at all.. which is really weird because I returned it and I wanted a refund not to be a charged a penny to return it..)It has great prices for everything. Awesome workers. So far love what they've got.. this place has perfect Christmas gift for kids and adults.....
