This review is long long over due. Bradley(3x)🥰 My family and I visited this location earlier this month for the 1st time. The store is clean, organized, and with Bradley energy a vibe all the time. Bradley is knowledgeable, funny, and just a joy to be around. We purchased 2 game console, with extra controllers to match that day, even though our budget was only for 1 complete game. Bradley help us find both games, and got us somewhat close to our budget. He even tested everything to make sure it worked and even made sure we were fully covered under warranty. This is definitely a person thats not just trying to make a sale, he actually cares about not only the product he sales but the customers. Because of Bradley my family and I we never go back to the gamestop in the mall 🫣 this is our new and favorite location. We really appreciate great spirited people. And in this world, there hard to come by. I hope gamestop appreciates Bradley. He works hard, and has enough energy, wisdom, knowledge, and goofy to make anybody day. Read moreOn 12/29, between the hours of 4:30 and 5:00 pm, I visited this GameStop location to exchange a game controller for my brother that was under warranty. I was assisted by Alex, who paused briefly to assist Geneive, who seemed overwhelmed while dealing with another customer. During this time, I overheard Geneive shout to Alex, "Alex, focus on what you’re doing!" in a tone that felt very harsh. As a customer, I understand that colleagues may need to assist one another during busy moments— furthermore, I do not think her response was particularly kind or professional.
There were other customers around who appeared equally surprised by the way she addressed Alex. As a customer who wasn’t in a rush and understands the pressures of customer service, I felt that a more respectful tone could have been used in this situation.

Read moreSwitch launch was such a cool experience and I even met some great people while in line! Everyone in line was super kind, patient, and no issues with anyone at all. I wanted to really shout out some of the kind staff at GameStop that were super nice and chatting with us.
I docked 2 stars for the woman (I believe she is the manager?) who spoke to the folks in line as if they were children and just came off extremely condescending. From the time you entered the store to pre-pay for your unit to the midnight pick up, she wasn’t kind at all. I was in the store paying for the unit when someone asked if pro controllers were available and she rudely spoke over her teammate with such a sour tone. She brought the fun, but peaceful, mood down when she began speaking to everyone in such a rude way at the midnight pick up. Hoping corporate checks cameras and sees her attitude on video. Staff like her really give GameStop a poor reputation and bring fun events down.
