I was completely stressed out of my mind when my brand-new iPhone got stuck on the Zoom feature — I couldn’t even enter my passcode because I could only see three numbers on the screen! (Honestly, who designed that feature?) Every attempt to reset it triggered emergency SOS calls and contacted all my emergency contacts. It was a total nightmare — especially since I was on a business trip and urgently needed my phone.
