Einstein Bros bagels — Restaurant in Lake Township

Ordered item that was on their QR code menu. They didn't have it at the airport location. Ordered second item, they are out. I let my wife order and I went back through the line to make another decision. Ordered third item, they are out. Ordered fourth item, standard bagel and cream cheese. Ok they have that.

My wife went back up because her turkey and avocado bagel was cold and she wanted it toasted. They said no that's a cold item, it doesn't come toasted and turned her away. It doesn't matter what it is, it's what the customer wants.

Another guy told them there's nothing on his sandwich, if they can at least put mayo and mustard on it. They gave him a hard time.

Multiple people ordering but cashier kept repeating.. we're out of this and out of that.

Got the nova lox bagel sandwich and a turkey, bacon, and avocado bagel sandwich. Flavor of the bagel and ingredients were good. Reasonable price (about $10 each) for airport food.

Only thing is barely any avocado and cream cheese on the bagel. Half the bagel of each sandwich was dry as seen in the pictures. Don't go after 7pm when their ingredients are low. Watched the girl making our sandwiches squeeze an empty bottle of cream cheese, then try and smear a little blob around and then the same with the avocado spread.. Or just be prepared to speak up on the spot and ask for more of the spread, since that's what they claim by the pictures and on the logo on...

The customer service here was lacking to say the least on top of the fact that they were out of bacon for the sandwich I had ordered and when i asked if I could substitute something for the bacon they didn't have they said it would be an extra charge yet my sandwich cost the same without bacon as it would with.The bagel was also stale and they forgot to put the cheese that comes with the sandwich as well.
