ZERO STAR!!!!! Terrible service from bartender CRYSTAL. She has no people skills. She got confrontational with my wife over extra salsa. SERIOUSLY!?!?!? Very unprofessional and told my wife she had a bad attitude. Should have left right then and there but against our better judgement decided to just let it go and finish our meal. 20 minutes or so passes by and she doesn't ask if we needed anything else and rudely says "HERE'S YOUR BILL" as she slaps it down on the bar top and hurriedly walks away. I turned around to get something out of my bag and while my back was turned she comes back and tries to take my plate away which I have not finished yet. She did not even ask if we were done. My wife had to tell her not to clear it yet. Very PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE behavior. This is NOT very good customer service!! Paid my bill and walked 25 yards to Harry Caray's, sat at the bar and had excellent service. Walk past this place if you want good service. I expect correspondence from management if the company cares about their customers. This was a very unpleasant experience and Crystal's behavior was very unbecoming and not necessary. They have a lady who, I’m guessing, her sole job is to yell your name loudly, rudely and repeatedly once your order is read. Seriously. My order was ready, she called Jason, made eye contact with me. I waved and said that it was me and I was coming. She immediately started calling “jasonjasonJASONjasonjasonJASON!jason” until I got to the counter. Then the just shoved my food at me. She did that with everyone. She also got upset because I pointed out I was missing half my order. Tried making it my fault that she didnt give it to me. The food looked good. Except the chips. Which are burned. When I said something she said that is how they are and if I wanted a refund I could get back in the long line. It all was nasty. Tasted old. The corn tortillas were not heated. Today we are flying again and went way out of our way to the opposite side of the airport to get ourselves food and margaritas. We get to De Colores at 11am and only have 45 mins because we have to go to gate B19 which is on the other side of the airport.
We enter De Colores and the waiter hands us the menu and says we are "4th in line" before i could even order the $17 margaritas we came here for. The first, second, and third couples are still looking at the menu. Ten minutes pass by which means we now only have 35 minutes and is barely on the third couple. He was very slow so we walked out to avoid missing our flight. I mean by the time we walked out we would've been on our second margarita. This is a fast paced airport.
