Magic Photo INC — Attraction in Lake Township

The Asian photographer is very unprofessional. Went today to attempt to take pics with my best friend, he made us wait over two hours and kept saying “30 more minutes” when I walked in I asked how long it would be he said “about 30 minutes” I said ok I’ll go look around and come back, paid to save our spot, came back and he kept extending the “30 minutes” I asked for my money back and he says “oh thank god, I been working very hard today, so you just took some work off my hands” I said ok just give my money back and he ignores me and continues to print pics for this family that was as well waiting there for I don’t know how long. I asked again after 5 minutes of me standing there and he takes out his phone and shows me other people’s pictures and says “if you want quality, that’s why you wait” like what?! I asked you when I got here two hours ago how long the wait was, had you been honest I would’ve gone elsewhere and came back when you were ready, but NO you money hungry jerk… and quality for $70?! YOU get what you pay for!! That’s why I prefer to go to an actual professional photographer, this was just a random throw back my best friend and I wanted to do because we are both pregnant with girls and wanted to come back and take pics with our daughters when they were born just like we use to in high school. Now you lost out on business for being a jerk and a liar. I don’t recommend this business, not sure if there are others photographers that work there but this one is definitely not it. He’s a jerk, save your time and money....

I'd give it zero stars if I could . By far the worst experience ever ...... Went in on Mother's Day for a family photo shoot to find out I will not receive my photos on that same day I agreed to go in the following day which was today with no problems I'm a very understanding person . I get there and Tom showed me my proofs , I was not satisfied I ask for a retake and he insisted he does a very well job still I am not satisfied !!!!! I politely asked again for a retake or a refund everything went down hill because I demanded a retake or refund , I did mention why I did not like the photos my lipstick was off , my poses weren't as great my daughter had her plushy in all the photos my kids were already tired by the time we took the photo shoot those are the reason why i wanted my retake or refund ,Tom said I'll give your refund and threatend me saying I am posting your pictures online for the public to see ...... I lost my mind after that , mind you my children are in the photos and your exposing my family to the world without my consent . I am a mother and I take this seriously especially when it envolves my children . I pray no other women has to experience this while their children are present !!!!!! Tom is very rude to all his customers , poor customer service , and poor management . Ithis man has many many compliments I don't know how this shop is still running or how he is still working there . Either way God...

I had been going here since about 3 years ago. I loved taking pictures with the girl who used to work there. I went in on a Friday around 530pm. The owner was only one there. I asked about the girl& he never stated that he no longer has her working. I only came on a Friday because the girl told us she works Tuesday & Fridays. I paid for package for 2 daughters . After I didn't like the shots he took, he started being disrespectful in a condescending way. I was upset because he treated me like I was ignorant. I started recording him & then he started changing his words. I ended up asking for a refund. We were only ones there as customers . You would think he would at least try. I had to tell him I was getting security because I honestly was loosing my patience. After I came back with security then he tried to say i left without my money and that he left a voicemail. He even said he called the girl to come in another day. I just wanted my money back. He couldn't even do that without still talking. Then even after I left the shop he walked behind me & the security officer to still harass me. It was a bad experience all together.
