I haven't been to this store in several years and they have noticeably gone downhill since then. We spent about 45 minutes in the store and not once did an associate approach me to see if I needed help with my childrens shoes. It was cleanish but the floors could have used a bit more attention. One of my kiddos sat down to try on a pair of shoes and when she got up her pants were noticeably dirty. Her socks we're no longer white after trying on a few pairs of shoes. The discount section was a bit of a mess with the wrong sizes of shoes all over the place. One of my girls exclusively wears Skechers shoes and this was supposed to be an exciting trip for her. She was disappointed even though she liked seeing every single pair of Skechers available at the same time right at her fingertips. We've had better customer service at the long gone Payless then we got here
For an outlet store it does not have outlet store prices. We ended up only buying shoes for one child instead of two because the only pair of shoes my older daughter liked was $55 after the "discount". I spent more than I intended on the pair of shoes we ended up with but once your kid loves something and wants to wear it out of the store, there's really no putting it back on the shelf. A quick search on Google showed I can buy the exact same pair of shoes at Walmart for $34.99. if it was just a few dollar discount I would have gotten them just for convenience sake but no we ended up leaving without them.    Read moreWorst customer service Iâve ever experienced. I placed an order online earlier in the day due to the shoes being in stock at the store. 80 dollars were charged to my card. In the evening that day I went to pick up and the girl had lost her scanner and went to physically look for my order. After 10 minutes she came back and told me the shoes were NOT in stock and that once she found her scanner she could reject the order. I asked her if I could exchange the shoes for something in stock in store and she said yes. I went to look around while she went to look for her scanner.I found some shoes took them to the front and she finally had her scanner. She rejected the order and told me I was not charged. I explained to her I was charged and I needed to proceed with an exchange due to this. She said that she could not do that and that I needed to pay for the exchange. I was not once offered an apology for their horrible management or system error or even a discount for working for UPS. These shoes were for work which I had mentioned to her when I first came into the store. Please train your employees on providing a better customer experience. This was a humiliating and degrading experience having to explain my situation in order to be even offered a discount!!! After their system and or management error. How do you lose your scanner for hours?!? Are you not keep track of orders coming in? I highly recommend you do...

I was asked by an extremely rude associate âRETURN OR EXCHANGEâ I said exchange she takes my box no other word came out of her mouth.
