I will never patronage this establishment again...my first mind told me to turn around when I walked in because the staff was so unkempt. They had wrinkled stained clothes and thier behavior for lack of a better word was ghetto. The lady was trying to clean the table while we were still eating. Then I believe the same cleaning lady, who they say is Arely Flores stole my wireless Beats. I took them off to eat my food. After I was finished I got up to pay the bill. Afterward I walked to the car and drove to the end of the parking lot. Then I realized I forgot my headphones and immediately returned to get them. This took less than 5 minutes. During those 5 minutes the employee had cleaned the table and was still in the area... I asked the lady if she had my beats...her response was no I gave them to a man... I said who can you have given them to in the last 5 minutes while you were cleaning the table... and why didnt you turn them into a manager. She did not respond. I asked to speak to her manager (Anthony) who attempted to defend her by saying when they clean the tables they only take the plates and leave anything of value on the table in case someone comes back but she clearly said she gave them to someone... I honestly feel she stole my headphones. I hate to accuse people of stealing but they clearly were stolen and simply saying I gave them to a man is unacceptable. I asked them to check the video to put the whole situation to rest. Initially they said they would check the camera but then another man came out and of course claimed they didn't have access to the recordings. The manager Anthony didn't seem to think it was important enough to ensure the customers satisfaction. He was to busy making excuses. I would suggest no one ever goes there and risk something getting stolen. I'm just glad I didn't leave my car keys. Who knows if I would had gotten them back. You can't even go out and enjoy a meal with your family. Truly sad. I hope corporate handles this situation accordingly...I'll follow up and let you know how it turns out.
Follow up: No one reached out to me about the incident. I left a message via telephone and the internet. This company is ridiculous. I will never patronize this...

First, we had to wait about 10 mins for a table even though there were a handful of empty tables that looked clean and ready. Then, once the table was ready, a guy walked us to the tables, placed the menus down and just walked off without saying anything. It took a while for a waitress to come, but when she showed up, I was taken aback as to how we were greeted. She basically said "do you know what you want to order?" I am used to a server introducing themselves at the very least. I have never experienced anything like this. From here on, it got worse. The server spilled orange juice on the table when she brought the drinks out. She apologized, but never cleaned it up.In fact, we had to ask another server if he would clean it. At the end of our meal, we were told by our server that payment would have to be in cash only. She said their credit card machine wasn't working. I then went to the front to inquire about this. At this point, I also began to let them know that our service had not been good at all. The food itself was decent, but the customer service was just bad. By the way, when I told them I would not be paying in cash, lo and behold, the credit card reader miraculously worked for me. I feel like once it was made known that the customer service was lacking, our server seemed to get offended instead of apologizing and also was seen with a smirk on her face as if what I had to say was funny.(Needless to say, she did not get a tip) The greeter at the front desk eventually apologized. My family and I arrived at about 6:00 o'clock in the evening and there was only about 4 or 5 tables seated and about 3 of them had their food already so once arrived we were seated pretty quickly, once we were seat we waiting about 5 minutes before a waiter came to our table. She took about 10 mins to bring our drinks , we order 3 soups of the day first and that took 20 minutes but instead of soup the waiter comes and tells us "oh we are out of soup but the kitchen making a new batch right now" , we decided not to get the soup so we are waiting and waiting 40 minutes goes by and our food comes out , we are missing a burger which then took another 5 minutes , then another plate was a burger as well it was completely raw and completely cold in the center but the outside was burnt I don't know how that's even possible but it was. We called the waiter and told her about the burger and she like "oh I'm sorry" with an attitude and said" I'll will bring another one" , 20 mins pass we see another table get their food after sitting for 15 minutes get a burger we ask the waiter and she said "oh they are still cooking it" , we decided to cancel the burger and get the check the waiter rolls her eyes and smack her lips and turned and walked away. Oh but it dont stops there as we was leaving every waiter that night was sitting down at table with their boyfriends and girlfriends laughing like nothing, like it's their house. This place needs better management, better kitchen and server staff who can handle it more professionally.
