My husband and I have been very pleased with the professionalism, patience and flexibility with our toddler. Being an only child and a pandemic baby has been hard on all of us, so having some thing to look forward to weekly with our favorite teachers is such a bonus and well-deserved treat for our son. We started Foss as a preventative measure knowing that our son is a daredevil and learned that he is a little fish. They have encouraged him to go past with his age levelIs that for and we love that they keep pushing him to do his best. We’ve loved all of our teachers and our sad when we have to leave each one but then are happily surprised at the next one as wonderful, as well! We appreciate the cleanliness and friendly staff always checking on us. We’ve also had some challenges with our little guy which caused some reluctance on some occasions and the managers were so wonderful to offer makeup swim classes or put him with other students. We are so glad we chose Foss as our child’s swimming school and encourage all of our friends and family members, if they would like for their kids to learn water safe and have fun all at the same time…this is the...
Read moreCan't speak to actually attending the swim school because their registration process is a hot mess. I registered on the first day spring classes/times opened (2 hours after the "go live time") and plenty of classes/times available. They make you select a first and second choice but don't tell you if the classes are full (one would assume if it's showing up that it's available...not the case).
I didn't receive a call until a week later notifying me that neither my first or second choice were available and the waitlist was 40-50 people long. There was no way for me to switch classes sooner or get higher on the wait list (no transparency on how it's actually created). It's a mess of a process and honestly not worth the effort - go to another school that uses a more updated system and is more transparent on sign-ups. I'm baffled that I tried to sign my son up 2 hours after it opened and find out a week later...
Read moreDon’t know where to start They removed make up classes this summer. So the expectation is that my toddler cannot get sick and cannot go on a vacation with us without forfeiting the money and time towards that prepaid class My toddler kid made very little to no progress in these classes. Another kid in the group class was a bit naughty, so all effort went to watch him and keep him from drowning Finally, we used the drying machine to dry the swim costume and it came out all torn. The management was not apologetic about it and finally gave us a gift card to use within Foss (how convenient) and the rule is that I can only use it to purchase once regardless of the balance in the gift card
I’m not sure how others like this place but it just doesn’t work for me and have plenty other swim schools that offer good teachers but more importantly better customer experience and friendly...
