Florida Dermatology and Skin Cancer Centers — Attraction in Lake Wales

Today was my first and only visit to this place. I was not aware I had to pay a copay and front desk wanted to reschedule my appointment for not having 2$ on me. I had to ask for the manager and she accommodate the request . ( the insurance pay a lot for this consultation and they almost kicked me out for a 2$ copay) this is ridiculous. The nurse was like mad at people and Merril the doctor was super quick with the Appoinment , and gave me a generic paper with recommendations to my skincare. (I was looking guidance on skin care) I didn’t feel welcomed at all. I was looking forward to do Botox as well but after this experience I am not going to spend a penny here. It was slow when I first arrived, but still waited past scheduled appointment. ( The only bad thing.) When I first arrived I was greeted by the intake nurse who processed me through right away and explained everything that I was signing was amazing. She had a great attitude, very attentive, and did a wonderful job. When I went back to the room the nurse was very nice as well. She also made sure that she was thorough when asking all the questions to me that she needed information for. When she was done Hart was right behind her coming in. Great attitude, friendly, well spoken so to understand what medical terms she is tell inf you about, and just all around great fit for her position. Would recommend this...

I’ve been suffering from Acne since 2013, and I’ve been seeing a Dermatologist since then. My previous Dermatologist treated my acne and went away, but it kept coming back until I found Dr. Worley. It’s been 3 yrs since he became my Dermatologist, and my acne has never been back since. He didn’t prescribe me a new medication. He only gave me a lotion that works for my very sensitive skin. I also have an eye problem, which is a stye that comes and goes as well, and it always bothers me especially while driving. I’ve tried other eye drops over the counter, but none of them work.
