Von Hanson's Lakeville — Attraction in Lakeville

I bought a marinated steak for my spouse's dinner went to go cook it and noticed the use or freeze by date was 3 days prior to my purchase, it ruined my spouses birthday dinner! When I called and spoke with the manager he completely acted like it was no big deal and told me he would not have gotten sick if he ate it (BS) but that he would replace the steak, I demanded my money back I will not be shopping here any longer. Come to realize the manager was the one who sold it to me This location sucks and I will not be back! This would be a 5 star review, BUT the store manager in Lakeville is a complete asshat. I go to this location at least 1 time per week and have done so for 12+ years. Every single other team member has been great and are super friendly other than the store manager. He never is friendly, never says thank you, walks around playing on his phone, and answers questions very rudely. I feel bad for the people that work for him. I've also been to about 10 other Von Hanson's stores and have never had any issues. The ONLY asshat that I have ever had to deal with is the store manager at the Lakeville, MN store. I hope him and his ego trip will disappear...

This is where I come to get all my meats and also all my dog treats! The young men that work here are always super helpful, friendly & kind! Von Hanson's is a staple in my kitchen! Always great items for hosting andaking great charcuterie boards!! I always recommend them to friends!
