I found this place during my travels to Cleveland and I am more than pleased. Bob took me through array of cigars that I’ve never tried, specifically the Foundation line.
I have brought a few people over here and also recommended it to people who live around Cleveland. If you likes cigars, and a nice atmosphere, then do yourself a favor and come by and visit. I’ve met some great people here while sitting in the ultra comfortable chairs and enjoying some exceptional sticks.
If you’re coming in with a new cigar smoker, or you just want some suggestions on something to try or to be introduced to, they’re top notch in there expertise and opinion. I travel all around the country from LA to New York and this is one of the top shelf smoking establishments in the USA.
If you are a pipe smoker, which I am not, they have an excellent selection of those products as well.
The prices of the cigars are in line with the other shops across the country and not inflated.
Another key point is the there are a plethora of eating and drinking establishments right around the corner, specifically a street taco shop two blocks away which rivals anything you would find in LA. You can bring your food inside or have it sent over and enjoy that...
Read moreGreeting, Today (28 July 2015) is my first day back from vacation. While I was on vacation I toured nine major cities in nines nights. The purpose of this vacation was to unwind from the rigors of Army life. During my travels I drove over 3500 miles and visited several cigar shops along the way. Two of those cigars shops I visited during my travel were really worth talking or writing about! The best cigar shop that I visit was none other than Cleveland’s own Robusto & Briar. From the time I walked in the door, until I left for the Indians game, Mr. Siegel harbored a welcoming and friendly environment. I thoroughly enjoyed every facet of this cigar lounge. The restrooms were clean and shined to a polish, the humidor was top notch and massive, and the Wi-Fi was free and super-fast. Mr. Siegel is definitely a cigar Ambassador! Upon arriving to his shop I asked Mr. Siegel a few question to ensure he knew what he was talking about and to my surprised Mr. Siegel is on his game! The only negative remark that I can make about this lounge is that it isn’t in Richmond, VA where I can...
Read moreThe only reason this review is one star is because I can’t give it zero. I will go through nicotine withdrawal before I ever go back to this store.
I went there Friday night 8/12/2022 for an evening cigar. Nobody was behind the counter. I went into the walk-in humidor and selected my cigar. An Omega male wannabe hipster with the obligatory facial hair and glasses was clerking that evening, and was also in the humidor, working with a customer. I didn’t want to leave the humidor with the cigar in hand and be accused of trying to steal the cigar, so I waited. He asked me what I wanted, and told him that I wanted to buy a cigar.
He told me in s very snooty manner “The other gentleman wants to do that too.” Like I care, right? His implication was that I interrupted his work with the other customer, when in fact he asked ME what I wanted, and I answered him. Lousy, disrespectful customer skills. This candyass needs a brain transplant.
This clown didn’t even have the decency to thank me tor my purchase. I’m going to shop at Cheap Tobacco or Dad’s...
