GameStop — Attraction in Lancaster

Horrible probably one of the worst gamestop experience I've dealt with first they sold me a defective copy of NIOH and when I tried to trade in the bad copy (I didn't have the receipt so I didn't mind coming out of pocket) but they charge me extra because it was defective and when I called the person I spoke to and ask why, he had an attitude screw that I wasn't about deal with someone attitude over this I not coming back to this gamestop again... Oh and another thing what this experience tells me is they don't want you to say anything if it defective or not basically if it doesn't work then oh well don't say nothing or they'll charge you extra for it

UPDATE 3/3/2017 i had to go go back to get rid of my pre-orders but while i was there I got to talk to the Assistant Manager name JB when i told him what happen he told the person i talk to who treated me bad was no longer there and JB took it a step and beyond he gave me my money back (remember i had to pay for an another NIOH) JB Thank You at least someone there cares. A rip-off, plain and simple. I went to go buy the new CoD: WWII as a Christmas gift for a good friend. Game stop offered the game used - before tax - $53. They were asking $59 before tax for the game brand new. I went across the parking lot to Wal-Mart, and bought the same edition of the same game, brand new, $50 + tax. So after tax, I paid for the game at Wal-Mart brand new for what Game Stop wanted used, BEFORE tax.

Every time I come into this store, I'm swarmed on by high-pressure sales counter persons who do all they can to get you to spend every last dime. Order your games on EBay or Amazon, or shop at a pawn shop...

Ight let me start of with, who the f goes to a store to buy a digital copy? Only old people and people who call any console a Nintendo. Anyways 3 weeks ago i had pre order 2 of the bundle pack of the new Pokemon game that was coming out. the girl that rang me up fail to mention that the fiscal copy was sold out and they only had a digital before completing the transaction. I only found out about this today when i was given 2 codes and no physical copy, like I said who fing buys a digital copy...
