This was my third time coming back and I still wasnāt able to try the Chargrilled Oysters. I did ask before trying to order them if they could explain to me how they are prepared and why I couldnāt get this item and the server continued to try to only offer me the raw oysters instead. I did enjoy my red salsa with chips. The salsa was very flavorful, however I couldnāt say the same for my other items. I ordered the Tostadas with shrimp which I will give a 4.5 out of 10 for that item. It was bland and just seemed like it was missing something. The service I would also have to say needs some help. I noticed that tables that came in after me were asked for their orders way before I was asked however I did also noticed that if you ordered alcohol you were interacted with very often. It took 12 minutes before my server came to take my main order and 18 minutes for my main course to come out. I ordered the Carne Asada which I will give it a 5.6 out of 10 but once again it was also bland along with the rice that came with it. Itās not a bad place to eat at I just feel that flavor is lacking for certain items on the menu. I also feel that some items the servers may need to go over a little more especially when a customer comes in to ask questions about something that they want.
Today is 7-21-2023 I want to say that this place has done a terrific job of changing up the menu and making everything taste so amazing. The throwback Fridays are the best and the DJ plays all the hits that you can thing of. Let me tell you those $1.99 margaritas are nothing to play with. So she wanted us to sit in an area we didn't like and there was another table open, she told us to go back to the waiting area to wait again. I asked to speak to the supervisor and she said yes to wait and 15 minutes later still waiting on supervisor or a table. This place doesn't care for customers and they feel like they are giving customers the favor of eating at this location. So 25 minutes later the lady at the front said her supervisor told her we either accept that table or wait 30 minutes, they have so many available tables, but last time we sat at the table they were offering us and people kept hitting our chairs, elbows so we wanted a table away from the craziness, but they said take it or leave it. This is our last time at this worthless place, eat at your own risk. After we sat down, maybe 7 minutes later, they "offered" other people the table we had requested, they had told us we were going to have to wait 30 minutes. It was funny, the customers said no to that table and left. It just wasnāt the case. The Aguas frescos were bad, returned them. The queso dip I ordered was bad, returned it. The parillada was nothing special at all, even worse with a human hair being embedded not just laying on one of the shrimp. I pointed it out to waitress and asked her to carry the rest of it out, I was eating the shrimp last smh š¤¢. Sharing plates with my girl. And, the fish I was given looked like it was done a favor by being put out of itās misery. It was so skinny barely any meat on it. Aside from the fact that my ticket didnāt seem to reflect anything was taken off, the drinks and cheese I requested to be removed (it didnāt bother me to really nag about such a thing) what bothered me the most was that with so many issues the waitress didnāt even bother to get the attention of the manager, me assuming there was one there of course.
