Parlor 401 Salon and Spa — Attraction in Lancaster

Wow! 🤩 Such an awesome experience! Where do I start with my amazing experience? Parlor 401 is not like any other salon I’ve been to! From the warmth and beauty as I walked in, the “joy” in the salon I felt from the moment I stepped in and met sweet, southern, and fun Maygen, the Jesus loving and joyful conversations had, to the laughs shared, the music playing in the salon was so uplifting, to every attention to detail and every team member at Parlor 401. I’m beyond blessed to have found this gem! Maygen did my hair exactly as I had envisioned and so hoped for, for she is a very amazing artist! She is literally blessed with such a God given talent and artistic ability, she is so engaging with the whole team there and loves her team and you can tell they love and respect her so much as well, and she is such an awesome soul to know! Alexa also was awesome and she was super kind, and then Kaegan was so sweet and she was just so excited for me to see my final hair reveal at the very end with big smiles, so the whole experience was just so awesome and I cannot say thank you enough to the whole team! I’m so grateful!

Very disappointed . I went the first time and was happy, stylist was kind of listening and we got my hair looking good , went back the second time 6 weeks later and was clear on communicating what I would like, I was told it was a great choice ( I showed a picture of how I had my hair done in the past from another place) after the appointment it was at the same mouse brown, I mentioned it and then told my hair was coarse , ( it’s baby fine ) but if I came back for another toner that was lighter we would “get there” it almost seemed like I was a “bother”. He said please come back in a week we will fix it, then charged for the whole appt , and I didn’t go back because at the price I paid , it should have been done right . ( yes I could have gone back but why at this point?). I would like a stylist that could get it right the first time , and before I am beat up about complaining, I worked at a salon and know what expectations should be met. This place is AMAZING! The salon design is beautiful. They offer a wide variety of products, from hair care to jewelry and clothing! As for my services? Let me tell you, All of the stylists are beautiful and knowledgeable. My grandson got an adorable perm from Lexi and he was treated like a prince. Maygan made me look (feel) years younger. She did exceptional work, covering my gray and giving me the perfect summer time highlights!
