Went in for the first time in years the other day for fun and hoping to find something interesting to take home, left empty handed and slightly annoyed. The furniture all looks quality, there was only one chair that was iffy to me but, it was fun to wander around and see everything. Until I looked up and saw a few items that I was interested in on a shelf. I pulled one down, look for a price, and get a “not for sale” sticker. Ok, maybe it’s being held? Upstairs, find an old beer sign that would be perfect for my home bar sitting at chest level, “not for sale”. Cool painting? “Not for sale” A literal kettle? Read moreWhile there are some good things to be found here, for the a large amount of their furniture, it's simply priced much higher than it should be. I saw signs around the place proclaiming they couldn't take in more furniture because of over-stock, and yet, if you look around, it's pretty easy to see WHY they can't get rid of stock.

I think whoever prices their furniture really underestimates how much tears, rips, stains, damage, and very visible wear really detract from the value of items which are already very common to begin with(such as couches, chairs, tables, etc).
The employees are friendly which is a plus, but no amount of customer service can make up for...
