NEVER AGAIN WAS A NIGHTMARE!! I will never shop there it use to be great customer service but my recent experience on January 14 was a nightmare !! I use to get all my Jean's from there do to my inseam 33-34" long length plus great customer service they use to provide!!

I called before I went and explained that it had been a year sense I've been in do to having Chiari and Hydro and had Crainatomy Decompression Brain Surgery a year ago and was now healed and I told her I have gained 45lbs do to steroids. I asked if they still carried 33-34" in plus jeans and that I had a pair I love from before my diagnosis. The lady I talked to said yes no problem we can help you come on in the store is clean etc..it was😊

I went in SHE WAS GREAT the one I talked to on the phone she told me we no longer carry that style then she helped me find something close to my old pair to try on put them in a fitting room for me SHE WAS HELPFUL, NICE, UNDERSTANDING, 100% CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I tried them on while she took care of another customer no problem (I understand that).

Here is were the NIGHTMARE and compete RUDENESS HAPPENED!!!

I walked out of the dressing room FOUND A DIFFERENT SALES LADY asked for help. This sales person her attitude was very nonchalant, I don't really care, acted like I was bothering her as she was folding clothes..we walked to the dressing room because of her attitude I told her very shortly why I needed help not knowing my size due to my Chiari Brain surgery and steroids etc.. then said I Thank God everyday.

I never would have explained my medical issues to somebody else but this is why I did not know what size I am, what style would fit me, could you carry them, might be slower trying on etc..

This sales lady got to the dressing room and said rudely did any of these 3 work? I said unfortunately no and I asked if she could please grab me anything in a long length or size 14,16 or 18 she walked away brought me 2 pair back.

I tried them on then went to find her for more help she followed me to the dressing room. I said thank you but these do not fit either she said very rudely "I don't know what to tell you seeing how you don't like any of the pairs that you have tried on" and then to my shock actually said to me well "maybe after you dye your hair and cut it you might find a pair that you like".. I WAS IN SHOCK !!

I tried to brush it off and asked where do you get your haircut at it looks nice? 🤷‍♀️Trying to make a postive out of a negative maybe I would at least find a good place to get my hair cut because her short haircut was nice.

I just went on the floor myself after that and pulled Jean's. I found 2 pair that still were to short I asked her if she could please look online to see if they have them in a longer length or another store once again she acted bothered said "no they don't I don't know what to tell you" it was her attitude.

I took the 2 pair up to the service desk were the NICE SALES LADY that helped me in the beginning was. I asked her if she could please hold these for me? I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow and I will try to come back and retry them on and decide I will let you know she said no problem I completely understand.

TO THE RUDE SALES LADY: I do not know if you were so rude to me because you were having a bad day, if it was my looks gray/brown hair that was up in a loose bun on top of my head because it's long and the back is short from where they shaved my head and still trying to grow out looks funny? I got the ok to dye it now If it was I said I Thank God ?

If it was I had no make up on. I have not had a chance to buy new yet..I had leggings a white v-neck t-shirt and a oversized black Columbia jacket. I knew when I got home I take everything off throw it in the washer and take another shower plus I wanted to be comfortable!!

*PLEASE DO NOT GO BY WHAT A PERSON LOOKS LIKE I WAS CLEAN SO WERE MY CLOTHS THEY HAD NO HOLES AND I HAD MONEY TO SPEAND !!!

No I did not go back do to this the next day after my Dr. Appt I went to Torrid got 2👖great customer...

I would give a zero if I could! I knew this store was plus size inclusive so I visited to buy an outfit for an event. One particular worker was SO insistent with speaking to me every 3 minutes and being pushy, that I almost broke down in frustration and walked out. I was so uncomfortable. She asked me, “Well let me know if you want me to just leave you alone!” Very snooty! I eventually found my outfit and overpaid, but the event I attended was the same day so I sucked it up. I wore a pair of jeans to the event and a few hours later they were SO baggy on me! I’ve never had a pair of jeans fit almost too snug, then stretch out like this, so 2 days later I returned to exchange my (for whatever reason were 60$ pants!). They wouldn’t exchange them because I so kindly ‘washed them’ before returning them. So at this point I am crying in the store, beyond frustrated. 10/10 would not recommend this store to anyone unless you want to intentionally give...

I was welcome to the store, I had clothes in hand, so I asked to try on. She pointed to the dressing room. No one checked on me, so I came out to get smaller sizes. I walked past them (4) all behind the desk talking to each other. Nobody said a word they all just watched me go by and get a different size... So I told them so, and went back in the dressing room. I came out one more time and repeated the process. When I checked out, she asked me if everything was okay. I guess because I was quiet. I told her that this was my first and last time to come in, and I would not be back. She asked why, so I told her no customer service and 4 women behind the desks watching me take care of...
