Culver’s — Restaurant in Lapeer

Outstanding you won’t be disappointed!!

For a newly opened restaurant during the Covid-19 pandemic going on in the world right now this place rocks and didn't skip a beat! Food was phenomenal best burger I’ve had from a fast food restaurant in a long time. Very welcoming and Pleasant atmosphere with some of the kindest and politest workers.

Immediately walking in to the restaurant we were greeted very friendly. We ordered and they give us a place marker to sit down at a table. They have a worker running the soda fountain in the dining area to reduce customer traffic and to be more sanitary. Still free refills with your visit so no worries there. The gentleman running it was very nice

Took only about 5 minutes to get our food and they brought it straight to our table. the girl who dropped the food at the table politely asked if there was anything else she could get us which is really nice they’ll run and get you ketchup or salt if needed.

It’s different from a lot of other fast food chain restaurants. Some of the most politest staff I’ve ever seen at a fast food restaurant. Quick service and easy parking. If you choose to go through the drive-thru be patience because it’s a new restaurant in a busy town so it could be a longer line. don’t be a jack wagon to the workers they are doing their absolute best working hard. Went to lapeer Culver’s today to get my usual 10 burger Patties no bun no toppings just the patty. Every time I’m at this location they struggle to figure out How to ring it up until they finally find someone working who knows how. Today, I place the order and the girl starts ringing it up wrong…I tell her they ring it up in the ala cart area—she comes back with oh we have a new system now and we can’t ring it up that way. Ok…so you mean to tell me your new system has increased the price by double also? And when I go to the Culver’s in fort Gratiot they get it right every time no issues. I have severe celiac disease and I’m very limited on where I can get anything to eat other than at home. This place is ridiculous. My family, friends won’t be...

I had never eaten at a Culver's before. While we were in line at the drive thru, so everyone behind me didn't have to wait for me to make up my mind, I pulled up their menu online. I ordered the strawberry salad and my boyfriend ordered the cod basket. Online it showed a 2 or 3 piece basket as a dinner. We pulled away and saw it was a sandwich. We turned around and went in to get the right food. They apologized and offered to fix it right away but told us that the basket is just making a sandwich a meal. I showed them that's not what the menu online says. They were very kind and did in fact fix this for us. I would only ask for someone to fix the online menu. Other than that, GREAT food,...
