Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Lapeer

I have had multiple issues with this location. They are always slow but bc the workers are young I try to give them benefit if the doubt. However, today was the worst experience I’ve ever had. We had to repeat the order 3 times over the speaker. We sat at the speaker so long that all the cars ahead of us were gone by the time we got to pull up to the window. Sat at the window for another 15 minutes waiting for the smoothie and food we ordered. Then they did not have the correct order; they didn’t get the other sandwich we ordered. When asked about it, we found out the girl never rang it up. I asked how long it would take to get and the manager said 5 minutes. When i opened the quesadilla to eat it, it was completely cold. My name was spelled wrong on my order, but that's totally forgiveable, every coffee place does it. But I can not forgive the absolutely aloof, stoic and rude demeanor of the cashier I had today when I was friendly with them, nor can I forgive my order for a mocha madness being made with regular chocolate when I explicitly stated I wanted white. None of the staff smiled at all, and they all were basically looking at me and treating me as if I was an inconvenience to them by coming in. I understand help is hard to come by nowadays, but to have workers like that just for the sake of having them is just plain lazy on this location's part. I asked for a smoothie that was the special last month . Davidson, tropical smoothie had no problem with it Making it for me since they still had the ingredients and neither did the one on linden road in flint. . Lapeer told me the only way they could make it even though they had. The ingredients was by charging me extra. They're so greedy for a little bit of money. INSTEAD TRYING TO MAKE THEIR customers happy. I asked them to cook the breakfast sandwich longer.
