We donât like going here just because of how far behind this place is compared to other movies theaters. However we decided to go out tonight 11/19/24 and made a horrible choice trying this place out again. Ordered the tickets online as we quickly got a meal across the street. Rushed through eating just to get locked out of the theater. The manager walked up as we were walking up and locked the doors in our face. We knocked waved and tried to figure out whatâs going on. Called the number and had to wait through all the automated BS. Guy finally answers and I tell him they just locked us out. He tells us they do that after the shows are over. I tell him that makes no sense since we just bought tickets FOR THE CURRENT SHOWING. He has to ask the manger that locked us out let us in. More waiting. We get in (no apologies or even an hello) and I ask for popcorn. This dude is being rude through this whole thing and offers us popcorn OUT OF A TRASHBAG. We ask for a refund. Rude manager comes out. No refund. They âmight call us thoughâ to talk about it. Iâve never been so upset with a business. Just tried to take my wife out on a date and we got treated like the trash this place keeps their popcorn in. Also the manager called me a lier that we were outside for 10 minutes. I haven't been to the movies in many years. NCG used to be a fun outing so I brought my grandson last week for a treat. It was a horrible experience. The smell in the theater was musty and old, the popcorn was chewy and the seats were worn and dirty. We arrived early to watch the previews at 3:45 not realizing that it would be an continuous loop of the same ads until well after 4. About halfway through the movie we both started itching. I am pretty confident we were being bitten by tiny bugs. The entire experience was disgusting and expensive. I will never visit an NCG again.    Read more25 minutes with a blank screen without any staff saying a word to the people sitting and waiting. Another gentleman went and asked after 10 mins what is going on, but front desk never even told the manager apparently. We finally went ourselves and the manager comes out of the back and told us its broken. The person at the front had the audacity to give us a bit of attitude as well! If it happens again, just come in AT THE SCHEDULED SHOWTIME and TELL THE NICE PEOPLE WAITING THERE IS AN ISSUE! Common sense or uncommon sense at this cinema. Even more shady, they would not give us our money back, which they took when they already knew there was an issue with the movie. They would only offer passes to come back.
