I’ve been to this location so many times and I’ve never had a problem. I was there on 7/31 and I ordered two drinks. The drive-thru cashier said I had 200 stars to get a free drink. Cool so I got one of my drinks for free. I then used my gift card to pay for the other drink. She then said the system was messing up. This is where I got confused. She asked if I wanted to refund or start my order over? I just assumed she’d refund me order and then charge me again to fix it? I don’t know. I was super polite though and I didn’t mind waiting. She was very polite as well! So anyway I’m sitting there and eventually the window opens and another woman rudely asks me “so what’s the problem?” And I’m so thrown off by this. I just said “Um, there’s no problem?” And she said “my cashier said you wanted a refund?” I said “no… I thought I was waiting to pay still because the system messed up?” And she said “no you already paid so what are you waiting on then?” And said “….my drinks?” She handed me my drinks and I left. I’m so confused why I was approached so rudely. I worked in retail for 6 years so I get handling hard customers. But I was in no way trying to be a hard customer. It was such a weird experience and it makes me want to never go back. It felt super...
Read moreI’ve been in this Starbucks multiple times and have always had fast service. The only complaint that I would have is the amount of time it takes the baristas at the front (serving coffee) is to acknowledge you when you walk inside the store. For example, the restroom was out of toilet paper and the baristas serving did not want to acknowledge anyone trying to make eye contact with them and I’m sure one barista heard me and ignored me. The first barista to acknowledge me regarding the lack of toilet paper was the sweet barista that first waited on me. Starbucks is clean and the coffee is hot and tasty. The last visit they did not have the ingredients for a Caramel Frappe, but they tried to make something similar for my son that tasted close to that. You can dine inside or outside or get your beverages and tasty cakes through the drive thru. To get in line for this drive thru takes some Jedi skillz and the line is sometimes long, but it is with it. The bathroom is clean. The interior isn’t as comfortable as the location in Grand Bianc, but this store is definitely worthy...
Read moreTom Grappin in the comment section needs to get out a little more lol This is definitely not the greatest starbucks in u.s. continental history, not even close. I would prolly say the ones on hollywood blvd or the original in seattle. I don't even have tik tok so I don't really care if they ban it, but banning a social media app? Just make a tik tok and get back with me tom. Also today was the official last day of me going to the starbucks in Lapeer where I stay, and now have to drive all the way to Davison, because this one just ain't it. From the vibe, to the atmosphere, to the owner, to the workers, to sneak comments from the baristas, to the custos. I don't expect much coming from LA, but you guys are why ppl are shaming starbucks in 2024, other than the surge in prices, and the 4 different CEOs (Brian's got it now though) you need to take heed in everything Brian wants to do with the inside cafes being more comfortable, because that's what he wants to do, and you guys are basically mocking him with how you want starbucks to...
