Loretto Towne Centre — Attraction in Las Cruces

We went to the irs and we were told u have to make an appointment before u go they dont help u if u dont do it but this time i went one of the ladies was more nice to a man who was very confuse (irs stuff its very confusing lol ) but when we were in there the other day she was very mean and didn't try to help us much she just keep repeating u need to get an app and i was very confused too so i wish they help everyone the same but we got our stuff fix after two appointments lol the lady who helps that day say this services are only done on thursday (it was thursday by the way) and she said but they already make ur appointment so i will help u she was thinking waa wednesday lol i said honey today is thursday she was going to argue and she saw her calendar and she realize she was living in the wrong day and she was very helpful and nice we laugh and went...

Many businesses and offices have been here through the years. I almost never go there, but DMV has moved it's westside office there. For unknown reasons, DMV is still operating on an appointment only basis. Their automated telephone system is working as poorly as ever and when I tried to make an appointment, the app failed to load in a timely manner.
