Desert Sand Property Management — Attraction in Las Vegas

I read through these reviews and was a little worried going into the 1 year lease my husband and I just signed. I am shocked at some of these reviews and how awful they are/were. Danielle and Gabrielle have been amazing thus far. My husband and I applied for a property the same day it went on the market, and Danielle had us approved within 24/48 hours! We moved into our home on 7.18.20 and on 7.20.20 I provided a list of 9 items (urgent issues) that needed to be repaired. Within an hour Danielle had emailed me the list of all the vendors assigned for the needed repairs, and I already have them scheduled for this week (some repairs are already being fixed... the same day I placed the work order). The office has been great to work this, and their customer service is great! I work in property management, so I know how difficult it can be - Danielle and Gabrielle are great!!! Very unprofessional company. We were trying to URGENTLY relocate to NV and were hoping that they could help us get a rental. Well their poor customer service didn't allow us to get the property we wanted. We did ask them to provide a video tour of the house prior to signing a one year lease (we could not travel due to Covid restrictions) and they went unresponsive. After several attempts, they replied that if we couldn't make it was at our loss and that they will rent the property to someone else. We couldn't afford taking a risk that high. My family has been renting a beautiful home in the heart of Las Vegas with Desert Sands since October 2017. We’ve never had an issue that wasn’t met with promptness and urgency. The staff has always been very warm and helpful. I recommend them to anyone looking for a long term home. The application process was very simple and easy. My only recommendation would be that they expand their portfolio so more people can enjoy a happy home under their management.
