Horrible experiences in this store. Unfortunately, this store has the worst management team that any retail stores could ever have. No customer service at all! Sadly, I got treated badly by the managers, not only one time, but twice. Few months ago, I was doing my normal shopping day in the store and one of the managers automatically assumed that I stole something because I had a Dillards bag that has a dress in it, which was a dress that I have already bought it a few days ago. The manager asked me where I got that dress from and I told her I bought it from them. She insisted that I open the bag and show her a proof that I already paid for it. I literally had to search for my email receipt to show her that I have already paid for it. After I showed her the receipt, I told her she should apologize to me for her misassumption and treating me like I was a thief.
She refused to apologize to me and even worse, she refused to ring me up the items I was gonna buy and called a security to escort me out of the store. I feel so ashamed and feel like I was mistreated for something I haven’t done. I asked for another manager and explained that I deserve an apology for being treated badly, but the other manager was even so rude and ignorant. I kept talking to her but she literally kept waking out and ignored what I was saying.
After a while, I went back to the store hoping I would have a good shopping day but it turned out to be another horrible day in there. I left my phone on one of the shoes rack while I was trying on some shoes and after a few minutes I realized that I forgot my phone somewhere in the store. I vividly remembered I answered a phone call while I was in the shoes department but when I went back to the shoes department I couldn’t find my phone.
Coincidentally, I ran into the same manager that I had a problem with before and I told her I just lost my phone and asked her if she can check the camera in the shoes area to see where I could have left it. Again, same manager refused to check her camera and said that I can leave my contact info so if anybody finds it they would call me back.
I told her I can’t leave the store until I find my phone because I have all my cards and my Id under the phone case and that’s the only way I can track my son’s sugar level. She seemed like she didn’t care enough about my concern and dint even try to help out with anything. Instead, she tried to rush me out of the store because they were about to close. On top of that, the other managers was literally right next to me but they seemed unbothered at all and didn’t offer any assistance even after seeing me panicking around. In fact, they were all looking at me like I was crazy and a liar. I couldn’t believe how ignorant and unprofessional a team of management could be in such a big store like Dillard’s. Thankfully, I found my phone on the rack, but I left the store with a promise to myself not to go back to that...
Read moreI’ve been in here twice but the first time I didn’t really take the time to look around but this is the second time I came in here and they have a very nice selection (and large selection) of clothing especially for the ladies. I always LOVE a good bargain or discount on clothing. If you’re not patient or hate going through racks and racks of clothes then you’ll probably be miserable in here. I would only go if you’re in a good mood and can take your time because there is ALOT of racks. Some reviews are also complaining that the prices are the same as Dillards.. maybe SOME of their sale prices but have you been in Dillards lately? I usually can’t find anything for under a minimum of $80 for one piece regular price. I walked in when they were having $3 deals on dresses, underwear, bras, etc.. (can’t try on super bargain deals in the fitting room) which is kind of crazy so some folks where hiding behind racks so they aren’t fully visible to the public trying on the super bargain deals lol.
I really like this store but the reason for the 4 stars is I don’t know what in the world this store was thinking when they put this store together as they only have 5 dressing rooms open for the women and for the size of this store they need to have about 10 fitting rooms in one fitting room area and then another 1 or two more areas for fitting rooms. They also only allow you to try on 7 items at a time and if you want to try on more you then have to get back in the long line AGAIN to try on 7 more items so if you have a cart full of clothes or hell even 2 carts… GOOD LUCK! The dressing room employee was not friendly at all either. The employee saw a man behind me waiting to use the fitting room and he didn’t know it was a woman’s fitting room only. He thought it was the only fitting room area like I did and she waits until he’s next to tell him he can’t go in there because it’s for women only. That’s a little wild considering she knew he was there. All she had to do was point him to the men’s fitting room. I was kind of annoyed for him considering all that time you have to wait just to be told that. They need to do better with managing the fitting room situation but other than that definitely a ton of clothing racks to go through and if you love to shop or like to hunt for a good bargain this might be your...
Read moreIt’s a very big store with a lot to look through. The prices are decent but the vibes are kind of weird. For a clearance place they really make you feel like a criminal. I went to try on 2 items in the fitting room and what looked like a random lady said to put my things on a rack, I thought she was letting me know where to put the stuff I didn’t want after I tried them on but when I went to go into the rooms she shouted at me to come back and put my 2 things on the rack so she could whack them with her hands and then take me to a room, I guess she worked there, there wasn’t any indicator of that like a name tag or lanyard then she put me in a room really passive aggressively. Super weird experience. This place has a lot of clothes that I’m sure one day will end up in a landfill, very overly protective when it’s not necessary. Also super old location and not really well kept which is another reason it’s weird they treat you like you’re going to rob them, I feel like they should just own the fact that they’re kind of a crappy thrift shop and ease up a bit. But hey, it’s always stores like this that treat poor people like criminals just for wanting clothes on...
