We filed our taxes with them last year. Everything was filed correctly for that year, but the main reason we filed in person ($99 fee vs free online) was to get tax advise. Our taxes are pretty simple but this was our first year filing jointly, and we had questions on how to set up our W-4 forms. We didn't want to owe tax next year (this year). Long story short, the advise did not help us avoid under paying taxes throughout the year, so we ended up owing again this year. I feel like I should have gone with my own calculations, which would have had me taking $50ish extra out a pay period rather then paying a big chuck at the end of the year.
