I have been in the real estate business for 15 years, and I have never encountered such an appalling experience with an escrow officer. The level of disrespect and unprofessionalism displayed from individuals at this company was beyond anything I could have imagined. The language and profanity used were shocking and entirely inappropriate for a professional setting.

This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I have ever had with an escrow officer. The escrow officer in question showed a complete lack of respect and courtesy, not only towards me but also towards the process and the profession as a whole. No accountability for the errors committed, I am genuinely dismayed by this behavior and would never consider referring any business to her or anyone at her company.

I urge anyone considering this company for their escrow needs to think twice and seek out more reputable and professional alternatives. This extent of disrespect and unprofessional conduct should not be tolerated in any industry, let alone one as crucial...

Recently purchased our first home here in Vegas. My background is in the mortgage industry, so I'm very familiar with the home buying process on title's end, and expectations are probably a bit higher than most. That being said, was very impressed with our escrow officer Dindy Roa. Not only does she do what she says, but is responsive, knowledgable, friendly and highly experienced. Even her mobile notary, Renee, was a joy to work with and efficiently prepared the 200+ page closing doc package with ease. The fact that Renee works with multiple title companies too, but has stayed with Dindy for 10+ years also says a lot about their relationship and experience in the industry.

Horrible experience with Landmark Title. They dropped the ball and dragged their feet in processing my home sale, resulting in a several thousand dollar deficit from what we signed off on at closing, to what we received in our bank account.

They never even bothered to inform us there were issues and left it up to us to realize there would be less funds received than what we were told.

Upon discovery, their only response as to why there was less money in our account, was "well, it was only an estimate."

Stay far away from this company. They will take your money, not perform the most basic of escrow functions, and then be offended when you call them out on it. #awful...
