Crumbl — Restaurant in Las Vegas

I LOVE Crumbl, and come about once per week. Well, there was a camera crew in the shop today maybe for advertising or something, but the blonde guy that was there today September 3 2025 is a very very very rude person. I am shocked how miserable and rude this one man was, and he made crumbl look unprofessional and rude and he's not even representing your company. I was completely taken a back, when this man screamed at me and sarcastically WAVED ME TO LEAVE and told me to move out of "his" parking spot when I arrived at crumbl... WOW, What a self centered, mean person and he was just some camera guy! I genuinely had one of the worst experiences ever at any establishment!!!! GET A DIFFERENT CAMERA CREW NEXT TIME, I ALMOST WON'T COME BACK CUZ THAT WAS SO RUDE AND COMPLETELY UNCALLED FOR. Why does some camera guy supersede a customer??? seriously? He told me "I'm parking there, waved me away angrily........" And it was just a parking spot at crumbl. Abd he was on foot, parked far away!!!!! That guy is so horrible and miserable. He ruined my day being so rude, self centered, and unprofessional. And I was only in the shop for mere seconds.

Make sure you get a professional camera crew next time; not this blonde guy who can't hold a real job because he lacks...

This place legitimately thought I tried to scam them out of 2 cookies lol! They messed up my order - I ordered 4 cookies and they showed up with 2 cookies in individual boxes. It was actually the second time this week they messed up. I called back and asked them to please fix the order. I also asked how I could tip the driver who was sending the correct order (I had tipped the driver from the previous wrong order). They stiff the door dashers who fix their orders, they don’t care, and they don’t let you tip them via card, luckily I had cash handy.

So here I am waiting with cash for a tip an hour after the original order, then when the correct order was supposed to be delivered I get a notification that it’s cancelled. I called and they told me they are cancelling it because don’t believe me about the original order being wrong lol! I said you can view my ring doorbell as evidence. That must be when they realized how dumb they are and said they would refund me before abruptly hanging up on me. Imagine a scammer calling and asking how to tip the driver lol. This place is a joke, avoid...

First time at this or any Crumbl location. I didn't order ahead and we were in and out. It seems that I brought the crowd as three people came in as I was leaving.

The young man that took my order was nice and was telling us about his favorite cookie.

I'd offer a sample to customers as a way to try other cookie flavors since the staff doesn't taste all the cookies. Unfortunately, the person who took the order had only tried two of this week's flavors.

I got the peanut butter cookie and the chocolate molten lava cookie. Both are super sweet. If you like chocolate, then the chocolate molten lava cookie will be for you. While I do eat sweets from time to time, the cookies are too sweet for me.

If you don't like super sweet deserts, then Crumbl is not for you.

If you're allergic to nuts or have any food, make sure to ask as I didn't see any signs that mentioned anything about possible food allergies.

You can order ahead and pick up. They also offer delivery. While it's mentioned that they offer curbside, the person that took our order only mentioned order ahead for pickup...
