I bought a puppy here a couple of months ago. The puppy is so tall at 4 months, not sure how much bigger she will get. I agree that no one knows exactly how big a puppy will get. However, when selling expensive teacup and toy puppies, I think that should be on the advertisement for the puppy. It seems there should be some understanding of just how big they will be. Adding information: This dog was supposed to be part maltese, and she clearly is not. She is also very hyper. Again, Puppy Heaven, you should include that the breed is also not guaranteed in your advertising. However, I am guessing that would hurt your expensive puppy sales. All seems pretty shady. The dog is 9 months old and already weighs 16 pounds and is still growing. This has been a very disappointing experience. Beware potential customers. Also beware of a business that tries to bribe you with a bag of dog food if you write a really good review there in the store before you can even detect what might be wrong with the puppy. Do yourself a huge favor and stay away from this puppy store. All Puppy Heaven does is post a generic excuse for a variety of legitimate issues people have had, rather than cleaning up your act. Very shady business, you run here. *1/22/25 The Humane Society has been investigating several retail puppy stores in Las Vegas. I was not surprised when I read that Puppy Heaven was one of them. They were tipped off about this store. There was a very ill puppy that was being kept in the employee bathroom. They took the puppy to a veterinarian, but the puppy died. These stores are working with some illegal dog breeders, that is why puppy's are sick, mixed breeds, nervous, etc, They are working on a decision to close these stores down. Awful, the owners should be ashamed. However, it's obvious they only care about the money. As I said, do not go to this puppy store. If you want a full breed puppy, you can go to legitimate breeders, through the newspaper, or other places. I did notice that some of the puppys did not look healthy when I was in the store. There are numerous sites that have bad reviews regarding their sick puppies, etc., going to veterinarians with serious problems right after buying their puppy's. Regardless of how awful their experience was, Puppy Heaven never takes any responsibility for anything. Go to Better Business Bureau and you will see complaint after complaint. I have learned to check several sites for reviews for a company before I do...
Read moreI was interested in getting a Chihuahua puppy and messaged them on Saturday to come view the puppies in Sunday when they are open. I received an email and a phone call Sunday morning about visiting the center in person. I read all reviews on Google Maps and Yelp and read everything on their website about the pets, the company and the financing options. The website states the company "Puppy Heaven does not receive any profits or commission from the financing company as we are not associated or affiliated with the finance company. All your information will be kept private and protected." It also states on the website they have a "make an offer" feature and how to do it. I did not find this option any where with the 2 puppies I was interested in. A little before 1pm I get another call from the store and it is a heavily accented lady saying she just got a notification I was approved for $xxxx for a new puppy and did I want to come see the Chihuahua puppies. I got mad since the website says all info is confidential and I feel she was being super pushy and rude calling me about this. I already knew the amount I was approved for. I went down to the store still hoping to talk to the original person that called me since she was nice on the phone. I was standing in the front office for a few minutes before my daughter got the ladies attention. I asked if Angela was available and was told she went home already for the day. I said I was really hoping to talk to her since she called me this morning. Lady knew it was me that got angry on the phone with her for no reason. I told her the website states info is confidential and her calling me with the amount was NOT confidential. She said she is the owner so she sees the info. I said I understand and then asked about the "make an offer" feature. She said the puppies are priced the best now and they may be able to give a little discount like $100. I told her with all the bad reviews I read AND she blurts out with you see all these pictures...... I said goodbye. I went to another place and they were giving $400 off for Father's Day. Better reviews then this place and you can't even see ANY live puppies when you walk in the door. Glad I went with my...
Read moreAbsolute horror!! We purchased a Toy Yorkie recently and according to the seller a “very cheap price” (which was not because after taxes it came out to about 2,000) because the dog had a “skin condition, and nothing serious” supposedly. Well it turns out that the poor puppy couldn’t take a step without scratching and crying while at it, so we took him to the vet the next day and it turned out to be scabies which he had for who knows how long as he has scabs in his little body and now the entire family needs to get treated for it. This is absolutely disgusting how they kept this poor puppy under these conditions instead of treating him and selling him for the “actual price” they said he was worth. We put a non-refundable deposit down without knowing the issue because they conveniently did not post that on the website which is incredibly dishonest. So please do yourself a favor and read the reviews, don’t put a deposit down until you actually see the puppy and don’t believe if they tell you “is nothing serious” if your puppy comes with any type of problem. Trust me, you will regret it!! It is extremely upsetting to know that there’s people out there that is so dishonest because if you have been selling dogs for 15 as you told me, you should have known it was scabies and you should have been honest with people and let them make that decision on their own not deceive them into making that decision and exposing an entire family with other pets which you also knew we had because we told you!!! That’s just having no morals and ethics!!! If I could give a negative 0 review believe me I would!! This puppy now costs us $3000 with all the treatments for him, my other dog and the family!! At least we know he’s not going to die because we’re actually treating him which I’m pretty sure they would’ve allow to happen since he’s had this for a very long time according to the vet. No compassion for the poor animals, people like this should have their license...
