Rancho Gold & Jewelry — Attraction in Las Vegas

A couple of weeks ago, I was looking to cash in some precious metals (platinum ring, some silver coins, even a $5 Silver Certificate). I went in with high expectations due to their reviews and ratings. Not only were my expectations met completely, Rancho Gold and Jewelry are 2 stars above what is allowed to be awarded (not given) to a place of business. I am not one to state such praise unless it is warranted. Polite, courteous, and very fair. I had a ballpark number in mind, and they did a bit better than what I had expected. I was given the opportunity to sit in a private locked room with myself on one side of protective glass and the employee on the other. There was no other customers in the store, but it still felt nice to has such privacy and security. If you are carrying a wad of cash out or just what you came in with, no other customers need to know.

SUPER PROFESSIONAL!!! Refreshingly so in these days. Rancho Gold and Jewelry do it right from start to finish. Even the owner came out from back of house to chat for a couple of minutes. I recommend them to anyone in town looking to cash...

Las Vegas Local Review

I recently started visiting this place often and have built a rapport with Scott. When I first walked in here to check it out, Scott approached me and let me know how they operate. I let him know I'll be back in and I'm interested in silver ounces. I believe we have made 3 small purchases. My wife and I and are happier with each purchase. Scott pays attention to my wife and I requests for certain SILVER AND GOLD PIECES. For two out of the three times I purchased something that I was not interested in purchasing when I walked in the door. He simply brought out things based on our preferences

He NEVER pushes me out of my prize points unless there is something of specific interests.

As a local who visits many locations, I appreciate Scott's directness to make something happen and simply make sure I leave happy and most importantly when my wife leaves she always is happy with our purchases. Thanks Scott. I'm coming in next week!

This is the highest quality gold and jewelry purchasing establishment I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with—They definitely give you a very fair price against the open spot for bullion markets, as well as free and courteous appraisals for your jewelry! I had the absolute pleasuring of dealing with Greg (part owner and son of the other owner). He was very knowledgeable of the industry and refreshingly friendly! I’ve been to other establishments where it just feels like you’re being taken advantage of and they don’t truly care about your business... Rancho Gold and Jewelry is the exact opposite! RG&J has also been locally run since the 1980s; Apparently, Greg’s grandfather opened their first shop back in 1985 and it was located where the Paris Hotel stands today; that’s raaaaadd—Greg also let me take a picture of where their old shop use to be located (I circled it in green).
