The Jewelry District — Attraction in Las Vegas

Purchased a ring for my fiancé, customer service was good at first until we started having issues with the ring. The Diamond kept falling off. Took it back to get repaired, paid for the repair. 2 days later the Diamond fell off again. They claim they have warranty for the repair but when my fiancé tried taking it back to get it fixed again, the manager refused to take responsibility for a faulty prong system the ring had. Instead he tried to upsell my fiancé another ring. I was going to purchase my wedding rings there because I am getting married very soon. Now I’m left with a faulty ring and spent hard earned money for a repair that never really fixed the problem. I don’t recommend this place. Do not let these foreigners touch your watch with a 40 ft pole. Received my Rolex Datejust back with a case back scratched to hell. Almost looks as if someone had no idea what they were doing. On top of that, about 2 of my links were stolen (they're gold and therefore sell for about $130 on ebay I'm sure that's why). Made a police report and was going to pursue this via small claims court but lawyers told me it wasn't worth it due to the theft/value being under $2,000. Simply stay away from this business. I'm sure the business will respond to this review by straight up lying or saying something cheesy. I would just like to say I’m thankful for these guys I do business at both stores this one at the Meadows and the other store at the boulevard in Las Vegas family-owned customer service is excellent I personally feel like they went above and beyond for me I had a memorial picture made surrounding the picture we’re diamonds I told them this piece meant a lot to me because the person who passed away but also I am able to have this person with me every step I’ll take from that day 🙏🏽
