LAWRENCE BAGEL — Restaurant in Lawrence Township

I wanted to get breakfast before my interview so I stopped here. It's a cute place located in the Lawrenceville shopping center. So when I centered the restaurant I looked over the menu and waited for about 2 mins before I was even acknowledged. The woman behind the counter asked me what I wanted so I ordered a breakfast wrap with no egg, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, light on the cheese, turkey sausage and turkey bacon, with mayo. I also purchased a freshly made strawberry lemonade. After my purchase I went to my car and I ate my breakfast there, as you will see in the pictures below my wrap was very very dry. There was no mayo nor did I have cheese as I requested on my wrap, The turkey bacon was very hard ( the drink was absolutely delicious). As a foodie I would like to get what I paid for as would anyone who is a paying customer. I really don't like it when my order is not the way that I asked it to be. I ordered a grilled cheese and had to run back to the store because it was way too burned, please see the pics. I even tried to have one bite and all I could taste was burned crumbles. I have grilled cheese so many times and it was never like this. However when I came back to the store, they kept insisting grilled cheese was always this burned. Is it healthy to eat burned bread??? Customer service was the worst. Moreover, I came here multiple times before and they never offered me a bag of chip and all of sudden they offered it to me today. Now I wonder if they knew they screw up and tried to make up for that. But still they did not want to make it right and just gave me back the money. Thanks for the 2...

Manhattan Bagel is probably the best "Corporate cookie cutter" bagel shop, or tied with places like Einstein Bros. Service was a little better than average, the sandwich I got which is the same thing I've eaten every morning for the last 20 years, sausage egg and cheese on a toasted everything bagel was pretty good. I really liked the fact that it was absolutely piping hot. The Bagel could have been a little fresher especially yet 8 in the morning. But was far from anything I would call "stale". Prices slightly higher then other bagel shops. Of course I would say the same thing of Einstein Bros, I don't frequent corporate bagel shops often at all though hence my reason for taking the time to...
