Lashes Nails Spa Lawrenceburg — Attraction in Lawrenceburg Township

Not a fan at all. I don’t even like to leave reviews . I am new to the area and have been looking for a place where I can get my nails done. My fiancé bought me a gift card to this nail place for Valentine’s Day, still haven’t been able to use it all because the last two times I dealt with this place I was turned down for service. The first time I went, I told the guy at the desk I would like a gel fill-in and pedicure. He said sure, the lady did my nails, then when she was done, the guy that greeted me at the desk all of a sudden said I needed an appointment to get my pedicure because they were “ suddenly” booked for the day. Even though there was a lady sitting in one of the pedicure seats, clearly doing nothing, on her phone. I said ok and was nice about it. I came back for a fill today, came right when they opened and immediately was told they are booked “ all day” and can’t fit me in. I kindly asked why they advertise walk-in’s are welcome if they normally only prioritize appointments. I even said I don’t mind to wait or can come back later. She just repeated how busy they are, (It wasn’t that busy, by the way); Which is fine, but it felt rude, and inconsiderate and almost as if they didn’t want my business, and I felt embarrassed. I have been getting my nails done since high school , and I’m in my 40s and never been dismissed like that. I hate to pull the race card, but I don’t know if it’s because of that, or if they just use being “ too busy” or “ booked” as an excuse when they don’t want to do certain people’s nails. It’s sad because then they are just turning down new business and makes people not come back. Not good business. My mom and I had a great experience here getting dip powder manicures. The salon is large and very clean, with friendly and talented staff. Brie did my mom's and she was an absolute delight. Lynn gave me the best nails I have ever had. My mom's chipped a few days after the manicure and we came back in and they fixed the chipped ones with zero fuss, didn't charge us anything and were very apologetic even though they didn't need to be. I'm impressed by the service AND the skill level of the people here. At a lot of salons you get only one or the other 😅

I went here to get my nails done now I’ve been here before and the lady who did them the first time was great this time I had a different lady so then she looked no older then 16 and I had showed a pic of what I intended on getting (will attach below) when asked if she can do that she told me she doesn’t do designs no big deal just bummed about it she said she only does regular color well I specifically made the drive to this town because the town I live in doesn’t do designs then I asked if I could wait for someone who does designs and the guy stepped in and said “no one can take you right now” I was willing to wait tho now I do recommend this place because I had good experiences prior!
